This is the S version.  comes from the factory with Ohlins Suspension, lighter aluminum wheels, traction control, DDA, and carbon fiber fairings, the S is about 20 pounds lighter the then regular. New it sold for 20k

clean bike, 2,600 miles
I'm the second owner but I bought it from my best friend who took great care of it as well. Comes with factory recommended, and dealer, installed Termignoni exhaust. It has a tastefully done fender eliminator, upgraded aluminum wheels, rear seat cowl, wheel and frame sliders, and new battery. I bought from my friend as a favor but I've always been more of a Japanese sports bike guy so I'm going back to what I prefer. no scratches and has never been dropped.

Here’s 9 handy guides to help you start motorcycle road racing: Introduction: Leaving the lawn chair Geoff May: one man show to AMA pro – Pointers and Interview with Pro Geoff May Prepping your bike for track school Cleared for Take-Off: Getting Your Race License Building a Supersport racer – the minimum Building a Supersport racer – the priorities Advanced Supersport modifications Building a Supersport Racer – Stage III, the Finishing Touches Preparing for your first race weekend Even if you don’t plan on ever getting into road racing, I found the articles to be quite fascinating as to how Jeremiah Knupp (the author) got prepared for his new hobby.

The historic race first-ever World Superbike Championship round in Russia provided plenty of drama with several top riders crashing out of both races and a new leader emerge in the chase for the 2012 WSBK Championship. Superpole qualifying made for four different manufacturers lining up in the first row of the grid, with Carlos Checa taking pole position for Althea Ducati ahead of Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes, Aprilia‘s Eugene Laverty and BMW rider Leon Haslam. A slightly damp and unfamiliar track likely contributed to a number of crashes and collisions.
