Selling my 2010 Ducati Streetfighter S 1098...only 7,993 pampered miles. Never raced, never abused...all maintenance up to date. Replaced timing belts last year...fresh fluids, needs nothing, ready to ride!!! Tons of upgrades including, Full Racing Carbon Fiber Termignoni exhaust, ECU upgrade, open dry clutch, HID headlights, real carbon fiber parts all around...tastefully modified!! All OEM parts included...minus exhaust, sold it years ago. Have all keys, books, papers, passenger seat, and code card. Title in hand. Any questions, feel free to contact me. Tough battles at Brands in the 848 Challenge
Mon, 08 Aug 2011The unique prospect of racing on both the Indy and GP circuits at Brands Hatch meant that Round 5 of the Rapid Solicitors Ducati 848 Challenge was very much a tale of two halves. Having already raced the Indy circuit earlier in the season, the first part of the weekend was going to be reminiscent of previous rounds, while the switch to the GP circuit would favour those few who had previous race experience on the longer track. A full schedule on the opening day of the round saw Mike Edwards (MSKWorks.com) top the qualifying table to claim his first pole position of the season with a storming 48.86 sec lap, despite a low-side reminder of how slippery Druids can be in early morning free practice.
2012 848 Challenge calendar announced

The eight-round championship will support the British Superbike championship for six of the eight rounds and will also head to Assen for the third year in a row and also to Misano as part of the World Ducati Week. The one-make series is open to riders of the Ducati 848 and 848 EVO models.
Rossi Reveals Ducati Desmosedici GP12
Mon, 30 Jan 2012Valentino Rossi has released the first photograph of the factory Ducati Desmosedici GP12 ahead of the MotoGP pre-season test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. The Doctor and Ducati teammate Nicky Hayden will test the GP12 alongside the other MotoGP teams and their race bikes this week to prepare for the upcoming 2012 season. The GP12 is said to be made of 90% new components, including an aluminum frame, a conventional design for most MotoGP teams but new for Ducati coming off of the ultimately unsuccessful carbon monocoque design.
