Up for sale my personal 2006 Ducati Sport 1000, engine and chassis numbers are a match and the bike has a clean clear no salvage history Texas title. Mechanically the bike is a 9 10 could use a set of plug wires and needs front signals. I just never found anything I liked to put on the front so she has no front signals. Otherwise the bike is totally sound and ready to ride. I had DP performance cams put in (work done at AMS here in Dallas) maybe 1,500mis ago, maybe less. Can t find the receipts but if you need verification I can make it happen, they know the bike at AMS. Massimo Tamburini: 1943 – 2014

Massimo Tamburini, creator of some of the industry’s most iconic motorcycle designs, has succumbed to lung cancer at the age of 70. Tamburini was diagnosed with the disease last November and underwent chemotherapy treatment but passed away April 6. Earning renown for designing motorcycles such as the Ducati 916 and the MV Agusta F4, Tamburini’s name will be forever linked with those two companies, as well as Cagiva and helped found Bimota (Tamburini is the “Ta” in the company’s name.)
