cornerstone drive at harvester road 2001 DUCATI 748 super bike. This bike runs and drives well. It has a custom exhaust, CHROME WHEELS, LED lamps all over, great tires and brakes, and custom paint. The bike is missing both side fairings which you can get very cheap on ebay or just buy a entire new body kit any color you want on ebay for around $400 shipped to your door. Mechaically the bike is very sound. It is a salvage title bike. Can be rebuilt and road legal for less then $500. Report: Audi-Ducati Announcement May Come Next Week

The Volkswagen Group‘s courtship of Ducati may come to an end next week with Audi formally announcing its purchase of the Italian manufacturer as soon as April 18. That’s the day before the annual shareholders’ meeting for the Volkswagen Group, Audi’s parent company. Reuters reports Audi has completed its assessment of Ducati and found no hiccups that would curtail a buyout.

Son joyrides his dad's Ducati 996 SPS...And crashes!

According to the son (who uploaded the video), his parents - including his dad who owns the 996 SPS - were away on holiday. So off he goes on his short test ride, 50 metres down the road and he's stacked it, apparently there was a small oil leak which caused him to crash. What he doesn't mention is that you can see 37 seconds in that he forgot to put the kickstand up, there's also a nice trail of kickstand-shaped evidence scratched along the road too.

Ducati riders achieved the Middleweight Division victory and four of the five top motorcycle times of the day at the 92nd running of the historic Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, held last Sunday, June 29. This year’s introduction of new rules and new motorcycle racing divisions, including the “Motorcycle Middleweight Division” and “Motorcycle Open Division,” brought with it a field of strong competitors challenging for top times. The introduction of the “Motorcycle Open Division” – which allowed fully faired liter bikes to compete in the same class as the defending champion Multistrada 1200 – made it the most competitive motorcycle class and the one in which the top five times of the day were posted.
