Up for sale is a Ducati 250 Monza Project
Posted are many photos to show what comes with this auction. It does not have a title (had to put something in, to list this so I checked off Salvage) There is NO TITLE, just a bill of sale. The frame, tank and other items have a primer paint. The rims are alloy and the spokes shown are not correct for wheel size. The engine has already been reconditioned and a copy of the bill is show. Look at the cost and the date when this was done. From the information I was given the engine was bench tested. I am not interested in shipping as that would be a project in it's self. Local pick up is what I am hoping for. Will include a bill of sale as a machine of this age, there is not title. Please look at photos and ask questions before bidding. Best of Luck! Federico Sandi Loses Ducati 1199 Panigale Superstock 1000 Ride – Again
Thu, 03 May 2012For the second time this season, Superstock 1000 Cup racer Federico Sandi has lost his ride on a new Ducati 1199 Panigale race bike. Sandi was cut loose from Liberty Racing in March after the team decided to focus its resources on a four-rider World Superbike effort. The 22-year-old racer then landed with Althea Racing, the team that captured the 2011 Superstock 1000 Cup as well as the 2011 WSBK Championship with Carlos Checa.
2014 MotoGP Ducati Ticket Package At COTA
Thu, 23 Jan 2014Ducati island, a yearly landmark during the MotoGP race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, CA, is moving to Austin’s Circuit of the Americas (COTA) for 2014. To celebrate its new location Ducati is offering an exclusive MotoGP ticket package. For the second round of the 2014 MotoGP season, April 11-13, Ducati will descend upon COTA’s “Grand Plaza” which is centrally located within the facility, in close proximity to the racetrack ticket office and main fan entrance.
Report: Audi-Ducati Announcement May Come Next Week
Wed, 11 Apr 2012The Volkswagen Group‘s courtship of Ducati may come to an end next week with Audi formally announcing its purchase of the Italian manufacturer as soon as April 18. That’s the day before the annual shareholders’ meeting for the Volkswagen Group, Audi’s parent company. Reuters reports Audi has completed its assessment of Ducati and found no hiccups that would curtail a buyout.
