Ducati Multistrada description

I bought this bike in April of 2016 with 7,406miles on it. I did one group ride up in the Carolinas, and it's been sitting in my garage on a battery tender since. I simply have no time to ride these days, and I'd rather it go to someone who will use it.

Mileage: 8,420
Vin: ZDM12BLW8CB018432

The bike has the following upgrades:

* Full Termignoni exhaust system (I do not have the stock system or the Db killer)
* Ducati "Race" ECU (I do not have the stock ECU)
* 14T front sprocket (I do have stock 15T)
* Pilot Power P3 Road tires with a little over 1,000 miles on them (tons of life left!!!)
* SW Mototech "Quick-Lock" Evo tank ring with a SW Mototech "
"Daypack" 5-9L expandable tank bag
* Rear metal rack (SW Mototech) with Givi Monolock universal
mounting plate attached
* Givi E300NT2 (30L) rear top box (scuff on the side of the top box
from storing) -- (room for a full size helmet and gloves)
* V-Stream windscreen (I do not have the stock windscreen)
* Ram Mount with Spider holder for phone (fits my I-Phone 6 Plus)
* Extra Ram Mount phone holder for smaller phones
* Dark gray reflective tape on rear of side bags
* Maintenance parts for future oil changes

* I have a clear Florida title in my possession along with the key fob, red key, and the owner's manual. *

I am willing to ship at the buyer's expense. Buyer must set up all shipping.

I do have this bike for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction early.

Thank you for looking!!!

Church of MO: 2002 Ducati 998 First Ride

Sun, 19 Jun 2022

Post-916 and pre-999, Ducati hit a sweet spot in the form of the 998. Still taking the form of Massimo Tamburini’s 1994 masterwork, but powered by the greatly evolved Testastretta V-twin that powered Troy Bayliss to the 2001 World Superbike championship, the 999 was the best of old and new, the apogee of the 916 curve. Well, now it’s just old.

Happy Holidays from Nicky Hayden and Ducati Corse

Thu, 23 Dec 2010

Twas a few days before Christmas when all through the house, not a creature was stirring … except for Nicky Hayden. The Kentucky Kid dropped by Ducati’s head office in Bologna, Italy, but when he arrived, there was no one to be found. No, it wasn’t because of one of those month long holidays Italians are known for.

Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.
