2008 Ducati Multistrada 1100, 2008 DUCATI MULTISTRADA 1100S - This S model includes the fully adjustable Ohlins suspension (which makes for a very plush ride while providing superb handling characteristics) as well as carbon fiber trim pieces. As you can see in the photos this bike is in excellent condition. It is a garage kept, Ducati maintained, adult ridden one owner machine that has never been down. Additionally It has been equipped with Ducati Performance Seats for both rider and passenger, Ducati rear luggage rack, a Ducati carbon fiber rear hugger, as well as a MIVV carbon fiber slip-on exhaust which is Italian made and imported (factory exhaust included as well). It's had a recent oil change and the battery and rear tire are new. Please Note - I also have a full 4 piece set (tank, sides & rear) of Italian Famsa brand bags which are custom made for this bike and available at extra cost. Tue, 17 Jul 2012Audi‘s acquisition of Ducati is still yet to be finalized but that hasn’t stopped the automaker from discussing a possible product of their union. Speaking at the opening of the new Audi City digital showroom in London, Audi sales and marketing Chief Peter Schwarzenbauer hinted a two-wheeled Audi is on its way, with Ducati playing a vital role in “future mobility solutions” for urban travelers. Schwarzenbauer tells British car site Autocar the new motorcycle or scooter will not simply be a “Ducati wearing an Audi badge.” The phrases “future mobility solution” and “urban” are usually used together when discussing scooters, so an Audi scooter may be more likely than a motorcycle.
2012 Ducati Riding Experience Featuring 1199 Panigale S and Troy Bayliss Academy
Mon, 19 Dec 2011Ducati has announced the 2012 edition of its Ducati Riding Experience riding school program, including the return of the Troy Bayliss Academy and the addition of the new 1199 Panigale S. The five-event 2012 Ducati Riding Experience Calendar will be held at some of Italy’s top circuits including the MotoGP-hosting Mugello and Misano circuits and the Imola and Monza circuits which host World Superbike. The Ducati Riding Experience offers six courses, covering a range of skill levels and using different Ducati motorcycles.
