Ducati Monster tech info
Ducati Monster description
2014 Ducati Monster 1200S for sale by the original owner. Mileage is currently 1,609 but may go up a little. The bike is in excellent condition with zero dents or scratches. Optional equipment includes Ducati Performance fender eliminator and LED turnsignals, matte white tank pad, and Rizoma 60mm handlebar risers. The risers raise the handlebars about 1 inch which made it perfect for me. The tank pad is from a Triumph paint protection kit and really isn't a pad as it lays flat and was applied before the bike was ridden by anyone. The paint is perfect underneath. The bar end mirror and front wheel stand are not included in any sale. The original mirrors will be on the bike if it sells. The first service and two additional oil changes were performed by the dealer that I purchased the bike from, Northern Ohio Ducati & Triumph. The bike is always garaged and has spent both of its winters in heated storage. If the bike sells a $500 non-refundable deposit is due via paypal within 48 hours of the auction close. The balance can only be via cash, bank check or wire. Please ask any and all questions before placing a bid. Shipping arrangements and expense, if necessary, are the responsibility of a buyer. I encourage anyone close enough to come and take a look at the bike so you can see just how nice it is. Please review my feedback, especially the motorcycles that I have sold previously, and bid with confidence. The clean and clear Ohio title is in my name and possession. |

2010 Ducati Multistrada: crashed
Mon, 08 Mar 2010THIS IS WHAT a 2010 Ducati Multistrada looks like when it's been slung up a gravel road at well over 60mph. The word on the street is that journo Costa Mouzouris of CMGonline is the culprit behind the battled-scarred machine; reports say he lobbed it while on the bike's world press launch in Lanzarote. In true Ducati post-topple fashion, the bike appears to have spewed the contents of its sump over the floor, as well as sustaining a fair bit of cosmetic damage.
Satellite Ducati Team Reveals Desmosedici GP12 Specs
Fri, 20 Jan 2012Ducati continues to be tight-lipped about the 2012 edition of its Desmosedici MotoGP race bike, but specifications have finally emerged, thanks to satellite rider Karel Abraham and the Cardion AB satellite team. As a satellite entry, Cardion AB and Abraham won’t have the latest updates to the Desmosedici the factory team has access to, but the Czech team’s announcement reveals some of the basis behind the final machine riders Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden will ride. The Czech team revealed on its official webpage its Ducati Desmosedici GP12 will produce around 250 hp from its 999cc engine.
