So It Begins: Audi and Lamborghini to Appear at World Ducati Week

Audi‘s purchase of Ducati is still waiting for regulatory approval but that hasn’t stopped the two companies from taking advantage of their impending union. Audi will make its presence known at the upcoming World Ducati Week celebrations, June 21-24 at the newly-renamed Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The German automaker will supply a range of cars to Ducati staff and management during World Ducati Week, and show off some of its high-end models such as the S6, S8 and the Audi R8 LMS (pictured above).

848s head to Castle Combe

The penultimate round of the 848 Challenge is being held at Castle Combe this Saturday as part of the Fowlers Probike National event. The event is celebrating 60 years of motorcycle racing at Castle Combe with a huge variety of races including 125s, 350 and 500cc solos of the British historic Grand Prix Championship and of course the  Ducati 848 championship. In the 848 Challenge, Leon Morris leads the championship and just needs a couple of podium finishes to see off the hard-charging Mike Edwards who's currently in second place.

KEIRA KNIGHTLY has been recruited as top model in a new Karl Lagerfeld ad campaign, showing the British babe aboard a Ducati, on the Place de la Concorde in Paris.Knightly is seen astride the V-twin motorbike, complete with tight catsuit, coordinating helmet and, er, stabilisers.Suddenly, she doesn't quite seem as sexy, somehow.
