Ducati Monster description

This bike has never been dropped or crashed as far as its life in my possession is concerned.  there are a few marks to make note of but in no way is there any major damage to this bike and as it is being sold with no reserve i trust the ebay marketplace to dictate a fair price.  most notably the brake pedal is bent a bit but works fine.  they bend easily and this did not happen under my care.  there are light scratches on the exhaust a scratch on the front fender and a small scratch on the left hand side main fairing. i am including pics of all of this please look.  nothing is major and at the price this is likely to sell it would prob be in much better shape than you would expect upon receipt.  it has just over 10K miles and had 7500 mile major service done about a year ago.  the bike runs great and its in pretty damn good shape with no noteworthy damage.

KEYS AND CODE CARD INCLUDED....VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE CODE CARD!!! CANNOT MAKE NEW KEYS WITHOUT IT

List of Mods:

temi exhaust and race ECU
Ducati Performance rear hugger
Ducati Performance exhaust heat guards
stock mirrors replaced with rizoma bar ends.  one mirror post has stuck screw.  see pic.  doesnt matter unless using stock mirror and could be removed easily.
Motivation Frame sliders
speedymoto front and rear axle sliders
tail tidy with integrated LED rear light/signal
plate puller
CRG roll a click levers
Carbon Fiber Instrument panel cover

everything works as expected and bike has been in a garage for the entire time its been a part of my stable.  its never left outdoors ever.  it can be seen in the financial district in NYC while this auction is still live.  Winning bidder must remit payment via cashiers check or bank wire.  within 72 hours and a non refundable paypal deposit is due immediately.  the bike must be picked up within 2 weeks of the close of the auction although a bit more time is possible depending on the situation.  i will work with any shipper and can be available just about whenever but i do need this gone.

thanks

848 Challenge: Silverstone race results

Mon, 26 Sep 2011

Race 1: Race 1 produced another memorable 848 Challenge race, with Mike Edwards (MSKworks.com) in determined mood to record his first race victory of the season. But Kenny Gilbertson (AOR/Boast Plumbing), Leon Morris, and Robbie Brown (Ducati Manchester) were to push him all the way, with the front four riders each having held the lead by the half way point. Further back Mark Cheetham (Shorrocks Motorcycles) was trading places with ex-Champion Darren Fry (JHP/Buildbase Ducati) with Aaron Brown (Ladybirds Ducati) and Ricky Holden (Holden Racing) less that a second apart.
