New Ducati Diavel Gallery

Ducati has released number of new photographs of the new Diavel ahead of the sports cruiser’s worldwide press launch. Motorcycle.com‘s Kevin Duke has already shared his thoughts after having a seat on the Diavel at the L.A. Auto Show, and Pete Brissette will get his chance in his upcoming review.

Son joyrides his dad's Ducati 996 SPS...And crashes!

According to the son (who uploaded the video), his parents - including his dad who owns the 996 SPS - were away on holiday. So off he goes on his short test ride, 50 metres down the road and he's stacked it, apparently there was a small oil leak which caused him to crash. What he doesn't mention is that you can see 37 seconds in that he forgot to put the kickstand up, there's also a nice trail of kickstand-shaped evidence scratched along the road too.

Women’s Sportbike Rally Invades Deal’s Gap September 6-8

The annual Women’s Sportbike Rally presented by Draggin’ Jeans is returning for the eighth time to the Smoky Mountains the weekend of September 6-8 for fun, friends, riding and raising funds for the fight against Melanoma. The event headquarters and activities also return to the Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort at the foot of the famous “Tail of the Dragon.” In addition to the beautiful riding in the area, there will be plenty of event activities for all attendees and their guests to enjoy. There will be Friday and Saturday evening festivities, the Sportbike Night and the Sportbikegirl Pit Party, which will feature games, raffles, door prizes, entertainment and camaraderie.
