Im selling my 2002 Ducati Monster S4. The bike has 9964 miles. It has always been garaged. Its in excellent condition and the only flaw I could visibly see is a scratch on the rear turn signal. The bike has never been dropped or laid down. The tires still have some miles left in them which you can see from the picture. The battery has been replaced in September 2013 and the fuel pump lines are also new. The bike starts on first click of the button and runs great. Recently the basic maintenance on the bike (oil, filter, plugs) was performed. The bike has many aftermarket and performance parts and accessories. Ducati Confirms Checa For 2013, Althea Out
Mon, 29 Oct 2012As the Ducati Factory World Superbike team finalizes its plans for the introduction of the 1199 Panigale into the series, two things are certain: 2011 champion Carlos Checa will be the team’s lead rider, and Team Althea Racing, who have worked with Ducati since 2010, will not be the team’s sponsor. The first bit of news shouldn’t be a surprise, as Checa has been helping the Bologna factory develop the Panigale since mid-year. Checa won the 2011 championship with a masterful display of domination on the 1198, a model many believed to be dated and an underdog before the season began. Details of Checa’s new contract with Ducati have yet to be released other than his role in continuing to develop the 1199 and being the team’s lead rider next year.

John McGuinness, second on the all-time TT wins list, added two more wins to his resume to win the Joey Dunlop Trophy while MotoCzysz once again fell just short of taking the bounty for being the first electric motorcycle team to record a 100 mph lap on the Mountain Course. The 2011 Isle of Man TT also had its share of tragedy with three racing fatalities.
