2008 Ducati Hypermotard 1100 S 3406 Miles, Clear Ohio Title Purchased in August 2010, this Ducati has since primarily maintained a position in the garage due to a consistent lack of time to get out & enjoy it.  The bike is in great condition, is accident free and has never been down or seen even inclement weather.  The title is a clean / clear Ohio title and has no liens or obligations and is available for immediate transfer.  First service was performed by the dealer at 600 miles & a subsequent oil change at 1800 miles.  Largely stock, this Duc does have aftermarket grips, custom heal guards, and a matte black finish on (what was) the gold-colored section of the exhaust.  The original parts, including the stock grips, the passenger pegs, and the carbon fiber exhaust shrouds are included along with their respective fastening hardware.  The owner’s manuals, first & spare key, as well as the Ducati key-card are also included.  Tires are in great condition & have plenty tread depth remaining. As you know, this S version of the bike has such tasteful upgrades as an Ohlins rear shock, Marchesini wheels, Brembo’s off of the 1098 and a data logging facility in the multifunctional LCD dash.  There are some minor blemishes in the plastic noted in the â€?condition’ section and also photographed.  The left flip-out mirror is not presently mounted on the bike – Previous owner had the mirrors off & the retaining nut has come up missing. This bike is listed with a reserve, albeit a reasonable one, so bid as you may.  If you wish to see the bike or have any questions about something I’ve overlooked, please use the â€?email seller’ link to get in touch.

2023 Ducati Streetfighter V4S Review - First Ride

Wed, 22 Mar 2023

A tale of evolution. Credit: Photos by Alex Photo Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but we’re big fans of the Ducati Streetfighter V4 around here. The do-it-all naked bike is fast as hell when you want to get crazy, but as docile as a puppy when you don’t.

Old Dog, New Tricks: Tackling The LA-Barstow To Vegas Dual-Sport Ride

Mon, 05 Dec 2022

Joining the 39th running of the famed event on a Ducati DesertX and a Kawasaki KLX300 Credit: Photos by Cait Maher, Evans Brasfield, Grumpy, and Ryan Adams Let’s be honest, dual-sport motorcycles aren’t really designed for touring, despite my best efforts ( here and here). The bikes are merely street-legal dirt bikes without much accommodation for creature comfort. So, spending 220-ish miles flat in the saddle from Las Vegas, NV to Palmdale, CA, mostly on Interstate 15, is a platform for cataloging discomforts, and after riding approximately 360 miles, mostly off road over the two previous days, my aches-and-pains were legion.

The Final Front Tire: Which is Better for Your ADV Bike? 19 or 17-inch?

Thu, 10 Nov 2022

Ducati Multistrada V4S vs. Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak It all began when our old friend Ken Vreeke returned from a six-day ride in Spain, name-dropping and in love with the BMW S1000XR he’d ridden there. Actually, he rented a GS1250, but also got some time on the XR: Problem is with the ADV bikes, Vreeke complains, even with good tires you run off the edges long before you get any real lean angle.

Next-Gen 2023 Ducati Scrambler First Look

Mon, 07 Nov 2022

Ducati revealed its new “Next-Gen” 803cc Scrambler lineup, featuring new styling, a new ride-by-wire throttle, a 4.3-inch TFT display, and an updated chassis. For 2023, Ducati will offer three 803cc Scramblers: the Icon, the Full Throttle, and the Nightshift. The 1100 Scrambler range will also return, unchanged, with three models: the Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro, Tribute Pro, and Sport Pro.

2023 Ducati Diavel V4 – First Look

Fri, 28 Oct 2022

The Devil gains the V4 Granturismo engine Ducati announced a brand new Diavel V4, replacing the previous 1,262cc V-Twin model with one powered by its 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine. The Diavel is the latest Ducati model to go from two to four cylinders, leaving the XDiavel and Scrambler 1100 as the only two Ducati models larger than 1,000cc to remain with a Twin. It now seems likely we’ll see an XDiavel V4 for 2024, while we should get some idea of the future of the Scrambler family on Nov.

World Superbike to Raise Price Cap on Production Race Bikes

Fri, 21 Oct 2022

Now we know why the Panigale V4 R launch was delayed a week When Ducati revealed the 2023 Panigale V4 R last week, we raised an eyebrow when we saw its $44,995 price tag. As we noted in our First Look article, this exceed the price cap to be eligible for World Superbike racing. According to 2022 regulations, sport production machines were capped to a price of €40k, and the previous Panigale V4 R fit snugly below that price cap.

2023 Ducati Streetfighter V4, V4 S, and V4 SP2 First Look

Thu, 20 Oct 2022

We're always fighting in the streets Did we really need the Ducati Streetfighter V4 to be even trickier and more refined than the one that won last year’s Open Nakeds Shootout with ease? The one that out-horsepowered even the mighty Kawasaki Z H2 – 177 rear-wheel horses to 163? Actually there was room for improvement, as the mighty V4 S finished third in the Track portion of that seven-bike slugfest.

2023 Ducati Panigale V4 R First Look

Fri, 14 Oct 2022

Expect to pay more than the $45k MSRP to unlock the claimed 240.5 hp After a one week delay due to “organizational reasons,” Ducati released the fourth part of its 2023 World Première series, “This is Racing”. To the surprise of absolutely no one, the subject of the episode is the new 2023 Ducati Panigale V4 R. We knew the V4 R would represent the pinnacle of Ducati’s racing development, so we eagerly awaited the official details.

2023 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally - First Look

Thu, 29 Sep 2022

Ducati ups the adventure with longer-travel suspension and 7.9-gallon fuel tank Ducati revealed a new Multistrada V4 Rally in the latest episode of its 2023 World Première web series. And while the model name hints at improved off-road capability, the V4 Rally’s feature list leans more for long distance travel and passenger comfort than tackling Dakar. Not that there aren’t any upgrades to make the Rally model more capable of venturing off the tarmac than existing Multistrada V4 models.
