I’m feeling a little uncomfortable after watching Ducati’s recently posted “Colour Therapy” video.  Are you prepared to watch a Ducati technician strip a Ducati Monster of it’s plastic to reveal it’s true nakedness?  Cover your eyes if you are under 18. Hit Girl Edition Ducati 1199 Panigale Giveaway in Japan

Ducati Japan has produced a one-off purple 1199 Panigale to promote the movie “Kick Ass 2″. The sequel to the 2010′s “Kick Ass” opened in North America last August, but in Japan it opens Feb. 22.

Investindustrial to Sell Ducati

Ducati may be up for sale again, according to a report by The Financial Times. The Italian manufacturer’s primary owner, private equity firm Investindustrial, is reportedly looking for a buyer in either the automotive industry or a rival motorcycle maker. The firm’s chairman, Andrea Bonomi, told Financial Times the time is right for finding a buyer.
