The problem with electric bikes...

Mon, 11 Jun 2012

This weekend sees the running of the most famous car race of them all, the Le Mans 24hrs, and to be a driver of one of the front-running cars has got to be fairly high on the list of jobs that will make ladies swoon. Speed, danger, noise, fame, physical fitness and lots and lots of money, the key elements of any top-line race series, tend to ensure that its star competitors manage to appear cool. 2014 WSBK – Sepang Results

Mon, 09 Jun 2014

The first ever World Superbike round in Malaysia offered a plenty of drama including both factory Kawasaki riders crashing out on the first lap, a red flagged second race and an overall impressive outing by Aprilia. Under pressure for his lack of results so far this season, Marco Melandri impressed, earning the double for his first career wins on the RSV4 Factory. Aprilia riders led every lap in both races at Sepang, including the red-flagged initial start for Race 2, with Sylvain Guintoli joining his teammate on the podium with a pair of second-place finishes.

Wed, 13 Jun 2012

Audi‘s purchase of Ducati is still waiting for regulatory approval but that hasn’t stopped the two companies from taking advantage of their impending union. Audi will make its presence known at the upcoming World Ducati Week celebrations, June 21-24 at the newly-renamed Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The German automaker will supply a range of cars to Ducati staff and management during World Ducati Week, and show off some of its high-end models such as the S6, S8 and the Audi R8 LMS (pictured above).
