Ducati 750GT description
Ducati 1974 750GT...With ONLY 5 factory test miles...Purchased from Flint Indian in 1992 prior to the estate auction of Herb Kunze.A 90% NEW motorcycle.
I found the Ducati 750 GT on the 2nd floor in a corner Missing some of its parts...which had been removed..but I later found MOST on Flint Indian's Part's shelves.I made an offer based on the completeness of the bike..and the promise by Ray Peter's(Executor)that what I found on the shelves that were correct for the bike went with it. These parts were removed and not found on the shelves..or in the immediate area....but were purchased by me over a period of 13 years....so they did not come with the bike when I brought it home.I sold the bike in about 2006....and bought it back later. TANK Tachometer Camshafts ( one head was pulled apart..cam and rockers) Brake pedal Rear Tire(Metzler Block C) caliper A rust free tank was purchased..dipped and painted..unfortunatley ...the pin stripes are WRONG.The tachometer bezel has a ding.the brake pedal is chrome. cams are shown.in a bag w rockers The left Conti muffler has a ding...and the rear fender also has a ding. At least.1 head still needs assembly...so its a very interesting Project. Well, it sure didn’t take the Northern Irishman long to accomplish that goal, winning the very first race of the 2014 season at Australia’s Phillip Island course. The win was Laverty’s third in a row, including the final two races of the 2013 season when he raced for Aprilia.
Recall for 2011 Ducati Diavel
Thu, 07 Jul 2011Ducati is recalling certain 2011 Diavel units due to a risk of the license plate holder coming loose. The license plate holder on the Ducati Diavel floats over the rear tire thanks to a bracket attached to the swingarm. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, brass inserts in the chain guard may become deformed over time, potentially loosening the screws attaching the bracket to the swingarm.
NASCAR Star Greg Biffle Also Plays On Two Wheels – Video
Thu, 25 Jul 2013I’ll admit, as a fan of road racing (both two- and four-wheeled), I’ve never really understood the allure of NASCAR. I know that series runs on a few road courses throughout the year, but the racing never attracted my attention. As such, I dismissed many of the drivers, too.
