Returns Policy - Returning is easy at Monsterpro!
We are happy to exchange, provide store credit, or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from the date of your order. When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error. We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
For return addresses please request via eBay message when you need to process a return/exchange with us. Please contact us via eBay message first to register your return. When returning goods please include a your eBay ID and the reason for the return, and, if you would like to make an exchange, please include the details (color, size etc. you would like to swap to) of the new items you would like.
Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have / we cannot find the proof of purchase from Monsterpro, the goods have been used or tested, the goods have been damaged after you purchased them. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchase unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Gift cards, promo codes and sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.
Special Order Items
Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
Exchange Postage Charge
For any exchange (exclude faulty item return), we would charge the re-shipping postage (even for Free-Postage-Items) and handling fee. The cost would depend on the weight of item.
Initial Postage Charge
For any return (exclude faulty item return), we would charge the initial shipping postage (even for Free-Postage-Items) and handling fee. The cost would depend on the weight of item.
Incorrect Address Return
For any return due to items with incorrect shipping address or items with inadequate shipping info, buyer would be charged postage (even free-postage-item).
Warranty claims
Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims as the goods have been used. Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.
Please inspect your product within 14 days of receiving it to check for any defects even if you are not planning on using the item straight away so we can immediately exchange the item as a replacement and not a warranty claim.
We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a Monsterpro's warranty. If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect upon receiving it, your postage will be refunded.
Most disputes can be resolved through communication and it's best to contact us as soon as you recognise a potential problem. Please contact us for assistance by eBay message.
