Shipping Rates & Information
Most items are shipped via United States Postal Service or Fedex. We do not offer local pick-up. All items must be shipped on our shipper ID. We cannot use other accounts. All international shipments are either shipped by Fedex and or USPS. This determination is done by our shipping department at the time of shipping.
Combined Shipping:
Please do not complete checkout prior to adding your last item. We will send a updated invoice after all items are added to cart.
International Duties, Taxes and Fees:
International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Your shipping charge includes only the cost of shipping to you. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country.

Order processing:
Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within two business days. Orders paid by PayPal and e-Checks are only shipped to the confirmed address, no exceptions. If address is unconfirmed, payment will be refunded and auction cancelled.
Reduced shipping for multiple items:
We combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate.
Insurance:
All items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation with shipping carriers.
Order tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on currier website. Tracking is not available for Military APO/FPO shipments.
Military shipments:
We ship all items to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Tracking for these shipments is not available.
Payment Information
Payment and Sales Tax:
All items must be paid within 7 days. You will receive a payment notification after seven days. If payment is not received by the 7th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. If you bid on the item in error, just contact us and we can cancel the purchase. All payments must be made in US Currency.
State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to the states of New Jersey at 7.0%.
We accept PayPal payments. If your PayPal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-check. PayPal e-checks will not be shipped until PayPal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed. All shipments, no exceptions will only be shipped to the confirmed address with PayPal. If not confirmed, payment will be refunded, and auction cancelled.
Return Policies
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, it may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sold and include all accessories, if applicable. Items can not be returned in a used state. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back to us for refund. Refunded amount is only the auction price, shipping is not refunded.
Return Guidelines:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
- Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping is not refundable.
- Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories, if applicable.
- All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
- Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of the item.
Issues with shipment:
Each item that is shipped is insured. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the item you received was not the item that you ordered, please call us as soon as possible at 1-732-469-2202 Ext 4, or through Ebay Message Service. We will arrange to replace your item and pick-up the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
Item condition
We guarantee the accuracy of each description. Listings will describe item or items of their conditions.
Warranty
We will be happy to help you with any warranty and repair issues. All warranties are processed through the manufacturer of the product. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with your issues.
