Shipping

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for domestic and international shipping.

To prevent fraud, we ship only to verified addresses associated with your PayPal account or to a credit card's billing address. Orders that request shipping to an alternate address will not be accepted.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we upload your order's tracking information to eBay. Tracking information is sent to customers directly from eBay and is also available in the "My eBay" page. If you do not receive tracking confirmation after three business days, please contact us. Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

International Buyers - Please Note: International shipping charges listed are for single items only. If you purchase or would like to purchase multiple items please request an invoice or quote to receive a combined shipping price.

We ship internationally with UPS Mail Innovations or USPS First-Class International. This can take up to 60 days to some countries. USPS Priority Mail International is also available for some products.

Once your order has shipped, customs numbers are provided for tracking. In many cases, these shipments are only traceable up until they leave the United States and then become untraceable until delivery. Please allow a minimum of 30 days before filing any lost package claims.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please ask your country's customs office what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
