Please note that most of my items are used, although I do have some new items which I list on eBay also.  Please do not expect a brand new item if the item is listed as used. My home is pet friendly and smoke free.  All of my Items are kept in a storage room where our dog cannot enter. 

Communication is expected from the buyer if buyer is not paying immediately after auction ends. If I do not receive your payment through PayPal within three (3) days, eBay will automatically open a non-paying bidder case. The item will be relisted or offered to the next highest bidder and will no longer be available to the buyer once it has been purchased by someone else.  Please do not place a bid if you have a problem with anything in the listing or do not commit 100% to purchasing the item and paying for it within 72 hours from the time of the ending of the auction.  I will gladly answer any and all of your questions prior to the end of the auction before you place your bid.

Payment is due within three (3) days (72 hours) or immediately with the Buy it Now option.  I will promptly ship your item the same day, if possible, or within one (1) business day after receiving payment. Items are sent by USPS with delivery confirmation and a tracking number will be provided to you.
