Desperado All 1988 Motorcycles

1988 Honda VT600 VLX Shadow.  Only 3600 miles on this vintage cruiser.  Starts and runs like it should; a little cold natured but use the choke early on and get to riding.  Brand new battery and battery tender connector.  Brand new Saddle Tan seat cover.  All gauges and electrics work.  There are a couple of paint chips on the front fender, some scratches on both pipes, a small dent and paint chip on the tank.

1988 shadow 1100 project needs turn signals. will fire with either but not gas.probably needs carbs adjusted or rebuilt. custom tank

1988 Honda Shadow V-Twin 800. This is the same model of bike from the 1987 movie "The Principal". This bike has been well maintained and had the same owner for the last 17 years.

1988 Honda Shadow VLX wineberry red paint loud exhaust, newer rear tire and chain. This is a great daily driver bike, my son learned to ride on is so it is time to move on to a larger bike, I will sell or consider trade for a farm tractor, tiller, or larger mower.

Great bike. Nice chrome. Comes with saddlebags, sissy bar tote bag, removable windshield, bike cover, shop manual.

This bike has been great! I am sadly forced to sell it due to my parents disapproving of me riding. In the past month I have invested over $500 into the bike in new tubes, tires (only 70 miles on them!), a new battery, and an oil change.

1988 Honda Shadow Bobber 600CC New tires front and rear, hard tail, lowered 3 inches, ford 1934 model a head light and tail light springer seat with removable passenger p pad seat,ape hangers,aftermarket rear fender,gold chain drag pipes, white heat wrap, metal flake paint, new battery hand grips ... too much to list. Bike runs and rides good.

 Here you have a beautiful 1988 Honda Shadow.  This is the only year Honda made an 800!  It runs perfectly.  It has new tires, new battery, new throttle cable and new seat.  It has been well maintained since I purchased it in 1992!  Because of it's age there is some normal wear on the paint and chrome.  Nothing major.  And a very slight oil leak due to a dried out seal.  Everything else is in tip top shape and is sold as is.
