 Classic 1946 harley-davidson WL done up WR style that runs and rides great with a G motor This  old classic has the look and patina/right amount of aged greasy dirty look that really gives the bike the vintage Flathead look without the very high prices the knucks and pans are bringing.  We were told the motor was overhauled years back and we feel not a lot of  miles ago. Just got the bike checked over and serviced and the service guy even said he hasn't rode one that ran and shifted this good in a long time Ready for your personal touches!!  You will not find many like this around, selling only because I have other interests.  Miles are not required on this year.  trophy and helmet are used for display and will go with the bike.

This is a VERY original and correct 1946 WL that rides and drives and performs absolutely perfect!!! this is not some put together or restored bike, this is a real deal bike that has little to NO reproduction parts.  Ive owned and sold hundreds of old barleys and indians, i almost NEVER find original bikes with the LOOK like this one has  ALL matching bellies, no repairs anywhere, correct hardware, Paint is awesome and most looks to be original to me but i can NOT authenticate that.

This is a 1946 Harley Davidson WL. It was restored in the late 1980's. In my opinion it is good shape considering the age on the restoration, although I'm by no means a Harley expert.  The bike runs and rides really well and starts within 2 kicks.

 This motor is a display motor.  There are no internals in it.  It has been a display motor for 35 years!  As you can see the cases are perfect.  There is a top fin broken on the front of forward cylinder.  I have not pulled it apart to spec anything out.  I want to see if interest is as first.  The timing cover is incorrect.  Thanks for looking.  Greg Ray 406-538-2733 Lewistown, montana

Two years ago while in Pomona, Ca., I went to an elderly woman's house to look at a 1930 Ford coupe for sale. Under the tarp next to the car (see photos), I found and bought this Knucklehead. She said her deceased husband had bought it over 50 years ago and added the side car some time later.The original California Plate that was on the bike was first registered in 1956 and she said it hadn't run in many years.

This is a RARE 1946 FL Stock 74. as you can see in the pictures this a beautiful bike that has been gone over with a fine tooth comb. it has the original tank, Springer front end, Chrome dash with police special speedo and a lot more.

1946 flathead harley davidson.  This is the real deal here. Bike was rebuilt 6 years ago and run once and stored.

Up for consideration is a 1946 WL.  Bike appears to be very old repaint.  All OEM components although some aren't correct for 46' but is titled as 46'.  Motor is wartime replacement with unstamped VIN, M51 Carb, #5 Aluminum Heads.  This bike has just the right amount of character, don't see bikes of this caliber often.  Bike has an interesting history and is believed to be extremely low original miles.  Runs like a champ, no disappointments here.  Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.  Questions email or call 405-338-8990 anytime.

 up for auction is a 1946 Harley knucklehead custom which is very old and complete from it's build 40 yrs ago...this bike was built out of a stock 46 el knucklehead by famous painter, builder, fabricator, Kelsey Martin, who is still very much involved in custom work, mostly with cars these days...a guy who is like the Arlen Ness of the east coast, has been in many custom mags, who rode in the descendants, a bike club out of salem mass. back in the day. The guy I bought this from rode with him in the club, and is a fine mechanic, and stand up guy, who is always at our A.M.C.A.
