1998 Honda VFR800 Interceptor, never wrecked, never down. Red plastics were a little faded so it was repainted Pearl White with new factory correct gold and black decals to match the rare gold wheels. Has rare 8 spoke rear wheel, KN filter, Power Commander programmer, new battery, LED blinker lights with clear lenses, newer style mirrors, tank protector in carbon fiber, tinted windshield, good tires, blue LED lights in dash, cellphone charger port, LED license plate frame. ABSOLUTELY no problems, runs perfect, VFRs are known for easily going over 100k miles. Priced well below book value. Also has battery tender with plug installed. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

Mon, 22 Jul 2013The 22nd edition of the annual LA Calendar Motorcycle Show marked its return to the Queen Mary Seawalk Village in Long Beach, California with hometown boy Sam Baldi taking the Bike Building Championship’s Best of Show trophy with a Jimmy Todorovith/Profile Cycles built Big Twin custom named “Lost Angel.” This year’s Calendar Show showcased not only top builders but selected vendors and exhibitors, and of course the Calendar Girl Music live performances. And as always, this year’s show celebrated the world premiere of the 2014 FastDates.com Motorcycle PinUp Calendars, featuring the world’s top SBK World Superbikes, sport and cafe bikes, and custom motorcycles with the beautiful Calendar Kittens. Bonnier Corp., Owners Of Cycle World, Acquire Nine Source Interlink Titles, Including Motorcyclist
Mon, 20 May 2013Bonnier Corporation, owner of Cycle World, Popular Science and Field & Stream magazines, among others, has just inked a deal with Source Interlink Media, acquiring nine of SIM’s motorcycle titles. Terms of the transaction, including purchase price, were not disclosed. Under the deal, Bonnier acquires Motorcyclist, Sport Rider, Dirt Rider, Motorcycle Cruiser, Hot Bike, Baggers, Super Streetbike, Street Chopper and ATV Rider.
