Can-Am Spyder RS-S Limited Edition description

This is a beautiful 2010 CanAm Roadster Spyder RS-S SE5. It was the special edition for 2010 and in addition to the pearl white color and semi-automatic transmission, it came with special wheels, a "special edition seat" and a rolling travel bag for the frunk. All of this is included in the sale, of course. I don't think you'll find a Spyder in better condition, with as many factory options as this one. Low mileage and with plenty of summer left, you can still put the miles under your belt. This is the ultimate tanning machine and is a blast to ride!
This Can-Am has been tastefully and professionally modified with the following options, and probably even more that I have not listed:
-BRP Givi lockable hard saddle bags with running light kit that can be adjusted with the Custom Dynamics Smart Triple Play unit. Color matched panels.
-Corbin leather modular saddle system. Also lockable. No funky spider web stitching - this has the classic stitch pattern
-Two Brothers Black Series exhaust with Two Brothers removable silencer baffle
-Two Brothers Juice Box Pro
-Cruise control
-BRP Frunk Liner
-Frunk lid organizer
-Baja Ron front sway bar
-TWO lighter plugs in the frunk for all your gadgets and chargers.
-BRP factory fog lights
-BRP Sport rack
-KewlMetal Air filter performance kit
-Not one, but TWO Fuzeblock FZ-1 fuse blocks. One in front and one in back.
-New battery installed in February
-Garmin Zumo wiring and mount (head unit not included)
-Custom side rear license plate mount with LED lights
-DZUS quater turn fastener clips make getting panels off for maintenance an easy process.

Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show

Mon, 28 Sep 2009

Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.

7 Motorcycles for Those Who Can’t Stay Balanced

I remember my first bicycle. A blue frame with white handlebars and a long white banana seat for comfort. I was riding a Smurf.

Can-Am Spyder Forums are full of Spyder Talk

Tue, 30 Jun 2009

The Can-Am Spyder is an interesting beast (arachnid?).  A snowmobile for the road, one might say.  In any case, it’s automotive spectacle that is hard to ignore. Do you love it, or do you hate it? If you are at all curious about this beast, head over to the Can-Am Spyder Forums and have a look around.  People have already been posting their pictures, reviews, questions and rants about their Spyders.
