2013 Can-Am Spyder RT and ST Models Recalled for Fire Risk

Transport Canada announced a recall for all 2013 Can-Am Spyder RT and ST series roadsters because of a risk of a vehicle fire. At the moment, a recall has only been announced for Canada but a representative from Bombardier Recreational Products says agencies in other countries such as the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration are also preparing for a recall.

2015 Can-Am Spyder F3 Revealed

Bombardier Recreational Products has revealed the F3, the newest member to its three-wheeled Can-Am Spyder roadster family. Sporting a more muscular stance and the all-new UFit customizable footpeg and handlebar system, the F3 joins the returning Spyder RT, ST and RS in the 2015 product lineup. 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Data

The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
