Stop by and ask for Ellis!!!The new ST bridges the gap between the sporty RS and touring RT models by creating a middle ground Sport-Touring Roadster with more relaxed ergonomics and better wind protection than the RS, but without the integrated rear luggage and bells and whistles of the RT. Compared to the RS, the ST s handlebars are 4.0 inches closer to the rider and 3.3 inches higher while the footpegs are moved forward 5.0 inches, reducing knee bend 15 , from 93 on the RS to 78 on the ST.

NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

The U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have launched a new free online tool that should make it easier for consumers to inspect their vehicles’ safety recall histories. The new search tool, available at http://www.safercar.gov/vinlookup, allows people to look for recall campaigns by entering Vehicle Identification Numbers.

2008-2012 Can-Am Spyder Fuel Vapor Leak Recalls Expands to US

A pair of recalls for fuel vapor leaks on Can-Am Spyder roadsters has expanded to the U.S. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, one recall affects 9,600 units from model years 2008-2010 while the second, larger recall affects 33,700 from model years 2008-2012. An earlier recalls from Transport Canada affects 9400 units for the a fuel cap issue and 2,431 units for a fuel vapor canister vent hose issue.

Polaris Industries, the parent company of Victory Motorcycles, announced this week it will form a new on-road vehicle division. The official announcement says the new division “maximizes cohesive and strategic growth for Victory Motorcycles and other on-road products and brands”. Which begs the question: what other on-road products and brands?
