Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting. Bombardier Recreational Products has revealed the F3, the newest member to its three-wheeled Can-Am Spyder roadster family. Sporting a more muscular stance and the all-new UFit customizable footpeg and handlebar system, the F3 joins the returning Spyder RT, ST and RS in the 2015 product lineup. Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results

Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
