In September, Fonzie brought us a report on the 2010 Spyder RT direct from the Can-Am beehive in Valcourt, Quebec, Canada. Bombardier Recreational Products has revealed the F3, the newest member to its three-wheeled Can-Am Spyder roadster family. Sporting a more muscular stance and the all-new UFit customizable footpeg and handlebar system, the F3 joins the returning Spyder RT, ST and RS in the 2015 product lineup. Bombardier Recreational Products has filed a preliminary prospectus with the necessary securities regulatory bodies in Canada for a proposed initial public offering of subordinate voting shares. Should things go according to plan, non-controlling shares of the company will be available on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Financial Post reports BRP hopes to raise CN$250 million (US$243 million).
