1977 Yamaha XS 750 (1977)
This motorcycle is in great condition. It was given fresh paint and upholstery in 2007. It gets regular service, and only synthetic oil. No mechanical issues and no leaks. It starts and runs well. But it is 36 years old and does have its quirks, such as being cold blooded, and it sometimes requires feathering of the throttle at stops. The bike does have normal patina for its age, and I have included several photos to show examples. This a great looking classic 1970s bike, and I get a lot of complements, especially because it is a triple. Wed, 03 Sep 2014Can-Am/BRP has just taken the (photographic) wraps off the 2015 Can-Am Spyder F3! Although little official information is available, we can take some educated guesses based on what we can see in this photo plus the spy shots we published a couple weeks ago. The new, more aggressive front end prominently features a radiator grill, which we expect will provide the increased cooling required by a beefed up version of the liquid-cooled Rotax 1330 ACE in-line 3 cylinder mill currently powering the Spyder RT tourer.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.

Thu, 30 Jan 2014From the “Answer To Question Nobody Asked” department comes this: wheel adaptors for the Can-Am Spyder to allow more conventional five-lug wheels to replace the standard three-luggers. Available from C & S Custom. C & S says the adaptors are a direct fit onto the existing Spyder hubs, and can accept a 5mm x 114mm bolt pattern which is common on many small cars.
