This is an fantastic condition Buell XB12R, I am the 2nd owner, the original owner was a teacher in Atlanta, The bike is completely original except for the Special O.P.S exhaust (specialops-online.com) and performance mapped ECM. This bike has a ton of power and sounds fantastic. If you know anything about these bikes you know they handle better than anything on the road. This bike is a engineering masterpiece, only 8000 were made, It has a Harley Davidson 1203cc Sportster Evolution motor, it is the fastest production Harley ever made. It does not have a gas tank, the gas is in the frame, the oil is in the swing arm and the pipe is under the bottom of the bike, making the lowest center of gravity of any motorcycle ever. The bike has been completely serviced by Atlanta Harley Davidson-Buell all of the factory performance mods have been completed and it is up to date on service. This is the best bike I have ever had and handles better than any bike I have ever ridden, this is my 16th sport bike and the only 1 I have ridden that does not make me sore after riding all day. The tires are almost new and the bike has never been wrecked and there are no scratches or dents and it has been garage kept . Geoff May To Ride EBR 1190RX In 2014 World Superbike Championship
Mon, 21 Oct 2013During the AIMExpo in Orlando, Florida last week, Erik Buell Racing (EBR) took the covers off its latest sportbike, the 1190RX. The company also announced it would be taking the 1190RX directly to World Superbike competition in 2014, with Geoff May the team’s number one rider. Joining the world championship was a dream both May and Buell talked about regularly, dating back to when May first joined the team in 2010 riding the 1125R, so clearly both parties are excited about the season ahead.

Buell has re-branded itself over the last month or so and have been taking a very close look at themselves. Not only did they change their logo, but they decided to put to rest a motorcycle that just didn’t fit what they really wanted to be making. Sport bikes. So the 2010 Buell Blast is a crushed hunk of metal signifying the end of that model. There will be no Blast in the future so don’t hold your breath!

A more affordable offspring of the race-derived 1190RS, this RX version packs a lot of punch for a much more reasonable $18,995 price tag. Starting with the V-Twin engine, the powerful unit makes 185 hp and a whopping 102 ft.-lbs.
