FIM Eases WSBK Homologation Requirements
Sat, 22 Feb 2014With the 2014 World Superbike Championship now under way, the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) announced a change in the homologation procedure for new motorcycles entering the series. The new regulations requires a minimum of 125 units produced in order to begin the homologation process. By the end of the first year of participation, manufacturers must have produced 250 units.

Mon, 14 Nov 2011Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points. EBR 1190SX Price And Specs Now Released
Tue, 01 Jul 2014At the recent press ride of the EBR 1190RX, held at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, EBR surprised those in attendance by unveiling the next model in its lineup, the 1190SX streetfighter. EBR is calling it “a true naked streetfighter-style sport bike with uncompromised Superbike race-bred performance and handling.” However, virtually no information was given on the bike in order to build hype and suspense.
