Buell Firebolt description

This Buell is absolutely spotless and in perfect working condition! Always a big head turner wherever you go and a stand out on bike night. The bike only has 11,660 on the odometer and has allot of character. No gas tank, hollow swing arm, right hand belt drive, huge front brake rotor, air cooled, rake steeper than a GSXR. Looks like a sport bike, sounds like a muscle car.

It's been adult owned, meticulously maintained and winterized properly. It has a full Micron header and dual exhaust that was professionally installed. The stock parts I replaced are included as well (foot pegs, mirrors) so if you want you could return it to bone stock.

The bike has allot of upgrades including:

Full Micron header and dual exhaust (as in one pipe per cylinder)
K&N air filter
2 inch lowered foot pegs (stock foot pegs included)
Bar end mirrors (stock mirrors included)
Frame sliders
Titanium wrapped headers
Front air scoop

Comes with:

Front Pitbull stand (rear not included)
Front wheel spool (rear not included)
Genuine Buell Firebolt Service/Repair manual
Buell bike cover for when you winterize it
Rear brake pads (still in the packaging)
Passenger foot pegs are included (currently off the bike)

This XB12R fires instantly, runs strong, pulls hard with allot of low grunt and carves corners due to it's short wheelbase. You'll be laughing in your helmet banging through the gears.
I had the local Harley dealership install brand new tires only last month. The new tires might have 150 miles on them. A new battery was installed last season. I also changed the brake fluid and installed brand new brake pads up front last season as well.  She needs nothing as it sits.

The title is free and clear and in hand, no lien.  Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Thanks for looking.

RoboCop Remake Has RoboCop Riding A Motorcycle

Mon, 15 Oct 2012

The semi-futuristic 1987 film, “RoboCop,” starring actor Peter Weller, told the tale of fatally injured Detroit cop effectively resurrected to life, but in the form of mostly metal, cyborg-like being. RoboCop was the ultimate crime-fighting tool, and the public loved the premise of the movie to the tune of two sequels, lots of merchandising and even a short-lived television series. “RoboCop” has been resurrected again, the film that is, and is currently shooting in Toronto according to the Daily Mail. And as you can see by these images from the Daily Mail, RoboCop is now fighting crime on two wheels.

Today, Erik Buell Racing announced Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturer in terms of unit volumes by a single company in a calendar year, will return as title sponsor for the Team Hero EBR 1190RS in the 2013 AMA Pro Racing American Superbike series.  The Team Hero entry will be for returning rider, Geoff May, aboard his familiar number 99 machine. Mike Fitzgerald will be his crew chief, with Ryan Kelly and Grant Singley making up the rest of May’s crew. In addition, in a similar fashion to last year, expect to see several Hero technicians working alongside the team as they prepare themselves and hone their skills for racing in India.

EBR First American Sportbike To Score Points In WSBK, Makes History

Fri, 18 Jul 2014

The EBR 1190RX had its best finish to date in the FIM Superbike World Championship (WSBK) series during the only US round at Laguna Seca in Salinas, Calif., this past weekend. In an exciting twist, the wild card entry of Larry Pegram running the #72 Foremost Insurance/EBR/AMSOIL/Hero entry garnered a 14th place finish in the second race, earning the first-ever WSBK points for an American motorcycle manufacturer.  [In actuality, Pegram's EBR crossed the line in 16th place. However, the two Bimota BB3 entries who finished eighth and ninth with riders Ayrton Badovini and Christian Iddon, respectively, have had their finishes nullified all season because Bimota has not met the FIM's homologation requirements.
