1999 BUELL X1 LIGHTNING, FUEL INJECTED, RUNS AND DRIVES GOOD. 24603 MILES ON IT REAR TAB ON FRONT FENDER IS BROKEN, I MAY HAVE ANOTHER ONE, IF I FIND IT , IT WILL GO WITH IT. SEAT LATCH LEVER IS MISSING, I JUST PULL THE CABLE END TO REMOVE THE SEAT.

If your looking for a nice collectable X-1 you will be hard pressed to find a nicer one.. Bike is extra clean and runs great. Bike features fresh battery, new tire, American Sport Bike Carbon fiber trim, oil cooler, sport muffler, polished rims, and SS front brake line.

Runs and looks perfect! Awarded Motorcycle of the Year in Japan, 1999 is the best year for the Lightning. Very powerful bike.

1999 Buell X1 Lightning Entire bike was just overhauled. Every single part and bolt has be torn apart and rebuilt. Bike has less than a 100 new miles on it.

Great running bike , Super trap pipe ,  brakes are good , low miles , extra parts with the bike . 

What we have is a 1999 Buell X1 Lighting in Great Conduction.  New Continental tires and serviced,  at 6,500 miles.  I swapped out the stock air cleaner for a Forcewinder, and carbon fiber fuel tank trim, and added Napoleon bar end mirrors. The bike also has a Vanes & Hines muffler. The stock body parts are included in the auction, and a 1999 parts and service manual,  that states 101 horsepower @ 6000rpm and 90ft-lbs torque @ 5500 rpm.  All lights/blinkers, &gauges work fine.  This is defiantly a fun bike to ride and draws attention from sport bike, and HD riders, alike.  The bike is located in Western ND, and I could assist in transport to Western ND, SD, Eastern Wyoming or MT.  Message any additional questions you may have.  Thanks for checking it out, and good luck. 1999 Buell X1 Carbon Extreme 18,345 miles very well maintained with synthetic oil and transmission fluid. Good tires with plenty of tread. This is a piece of American motorcycle history designed by Eric Buell.

1999 Buell X1 engine has new pistons, rings, valve seals and heads had ports cleaned up. New stainless exhaust studs along with a Cometic top end gasket kit also installed. The oil pump has been replaced with a 2007 XB model retro fitted with the proper fittings.

Awesome ride. needs nothing. Nearly track ready but still street legal.

Awesome bike.  Real head turner.  I have had the bike since 2003 and loved it ever since.
