For Sale: 2007 custom painted Boss Hoss trike. 5700cc, 8 cylinder, 350 turbo hydromatic transmission. Has automatic forward, neutral & reverse gears. Large storage trunk in rear end has remote controlled open and close. Has Kenwood AM/FM radio, CD player, USB port, and Kenwood speakers. It has approximately 8,900 miles. Comfortable seats for both driver and passenger! Driver has a back rest that folds down for easy access to the back seat. Trike has Foot Pegs, dual exhaust, and a stabilizer bar on the handles. Only 2 owners. Trike was custom painted by Chris Ellis of Ellis Signs and Custom Painting in LaCrosse, Virginia. An article in South Hill Enterprise newspaper dated January 24, 2006 says “…Ellis also paints Boss Hoss Motorcycles that come to him from the assembly raw, and once painted, these motorcycles are sold by a dealer in Richmond. He said it takes six weeks to paint a Boss Hoss and that much of that is drying time. Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

2014 Lito Sora Electric Motorcycle Entering Production

Described as a cafe racer with a bobber twist, the Lito SORA claims a top speed of 118 mph and a range of 124 miles in the city and more than 52 miles at highway speeds. Visually, the Lito SORA stands out from other electric motorcycles.

Get your credit cards out because tomorrow, January 9, 2014, will see a 1923 Indian Big Chief with Princess Sidecar owned by McQueen and fully restored by Von Dutch put on the auction block at the Bonhams Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction. Previously sold at the Steve McQueen Estate Sale in Las Vegas in 1984, the 74cu (1200cc) Indian is “capable of reaching speeds of 90mph.” If McQueen’s coolness factor isn’t enough, having the notoriety of Von Dutch’s restoration is the icing on the cake.
