Brand New Big Dog Pitbull 280 Rolling Chassis Kit


 

This is a great opportunity to build the custom motorcycle of your dreams. Simply paint the frame and all of the metal the color of your choice, add a motor and trans, brakes and electrical, bars and risers and you're done! The Pitbull kit will come unassembled as shown. IT IS NOT A ROLLING CHASSIS or A COMPLETE CHASSIS!   Please look carefully at all pictures to see what all is included. This Motorcycle will be sold with a MSO and bill of sale. it has never been titled. It is made of 0.188″ thick, 1-3/8″ tubing, this rigid frame sets the standard for quality!  This kit includes frame, battery tray and all associated mounting hardware. 
  • 33 degrees rake
  • 6″ backbone stretch
  • 1″ downtube stretch
  • 1-3/8″, 0.188″ wall, DOM mandrel-bent tubing
  • Robotically- and tig-welded in dedicated tooling for unbeatable quality, so  your parts will Fit!
  • All associated mounting hardware is included


The 1″ under stock fully assembled 41mm fork assembly features show-quality chrome lower fork legs and beautifully polished 6061 T6 aluminum triple trees.  Kit also includes neck bearings and cups, front axle kit and all associated mounting hardware.

  • 41mm conventional front fork assembly; completely assembled minus fork oil; 30.5″ long (1″ under stock FXST)
  • Brake and fender mounting brackets are included.  Brake bracket is designed to accept late-model direct bolt-on calipers, like Performance Machine’s 4-piston differential bore 125 x 4R direct bolt-on brake caliper.
  • 6061T6 show-polished triple trees; no rake; designed specifically for this chassis
  • All associated hardware included

Assemble your new bike without the hassle. The skins kit includes:

  • High impact ABS electrical covers - a cinch to prep for paint and install!
  • High-quality steel front and rear fenders (with sissy bar ready struts)
  • High-quality steel, 4.7 gallon capacity fuel tank with ratcheting gas cap & paint saver
  • All associated hardware included

Show-polished wheels will add the distinction of a high-end cruiser.  This kit comes both front and rear wheels, a polished aluminum rear-drive pulley featuring a hard-anodized coating on the teeth for durability, and Avon Venom tires.  Complete with all mounting hardware.

  • Front Wheel: 23″ x 3.75″ billet wheel and 130/60R23 Avon Venom Tire
  • Rear Wheel: 20 x 7″ billet wheel and 280/40VR20 Avon Venom Tire
  • Pulley: 71 tooth fully-polished machined aluminum with hard-anodized coating on the pulley teeth
  • Rear axle, rear brake caliper bracket, kickstand and all associated hardware included
