Beta All description

NO TITLE NO TITLE NO TITLE (the selling template requires stating condition of title, there is no title, so I put "Salvage" instead of Clear, Lemon, Rebuilt, Flood.  At worst it would be a Bonded Clear Title, should buyer go thru titling process)

Selling a 2002 Beta Rev3 270cc Trials Motorcylce in good condition.  Has usual wear and tear but overall in great functioning condition.
The bike is in great shape for it's age and ready to ride.
Bike has the original manual and a few spares.  Rear tire is new- less than 6 sessions.

There is some minor cosmetic damage as can be seen in the pics but besides cosmetic blemishes/scratches bike is %100 ready to ride.
Only issue is the left fork has a fluid leak from seal.  New seals on both sides would be a good idea

The bike DOES NOT have a title.
If buyer wants a title, I can get a bonded title in my name for an additional $250 and sign it over once I receive it or you can do the same.  The bike, when I bought it, did not come with a title.  I have taken the bike to the County Sheriffs Inspection lot to start a bonded title process(bonded titles require a inspection by sheriff).  The bikes VIN is clear and has no liens/stolen/etc.
As stated, if the buyer wants a title, the bike has already been inspected and just needs $ and me(the current owner) to go and pay about $250 in fees at the Texas DMV.
I will include the inspection sheet and a bill of sale.  The bike is not stolen nor has any liens.  I have included the VIN# in the details, please do your Due Diligence and research for yourself.  Take a look at my feedback!

If potential buyer wants to go the bonded title route, please send me a message and we can figure something out.
Any other questions about bike or bike buying process, please message me.

$200 non refundable deposit required within 24hrs and cleared payment before bike leaves my possession.  I can help transport bike up to 25 miles within 77064.  Beyond that is buyers/shipping companies responsibility.  Bike must be paid in full and picked up within 14days.

Any question, please contact me thru ebay.
Price is Firm but can be negotiated if local or paying with cash/in person.
