Benelli Wards/ Riverside description

Up for auction is a titled and registered 1967 Benelli/Wards Riverside. It is a completely original 350 cc motorcycle that starts after a few kicks. It starts, runs, and shifts properly. There seems to be good compression, with the head and tail light functioning. The Akrons rims are mounted with newer Michelen tires that have plenty of tread. The rubber nubbies are still clearly present. I recently had the following work completed:

oil change completed

clutch cable adjusted

oil level lense replaced

oil filter replaced

rear brake switch replaced

petcocks adjusted

carburetor cleaned out

The rear seat badge and steering damper badge are missing. The left rear passenger foot peg and rear brake pedal appear to be a little tweaked, but are completely operational and hardly noticeable. This matter was pointed out to me by my Ducati mechanic, and he said it is non-consequential. The paint has a nice overall patina, with the original color being candy apple red. The original Silentium exhaust appears soild and the rear shocks still have damper to them.

Overall, this is a fun bike with low miles and the potential to be a great café racer if desired. Again, it is an all original bike with no dents or dings and is ready to ride. I have had it out on numerous local rides and have had no issues with performance, mechanics, or handling.

Bike is sold as is, and I have given a description to the best of my knowledge. I will accept cash or paypal. I will not end the auction early and shipping is your responsibility. A five hundred dollar deposit is due within 24 hours at the close of auction. If you do not have the available funds do not bid. If your wife or parents do not want you to own a cool motorcycle do not bid. You bid and win, then you own.
