Benelli Quattro description

This original unmolested survivor is one(1) of four(4) bikes for sale from my collection, and is currently part of a two(2) month exhibit ending on 9/5/16 at The Stony Brook Museum Educational and Cultural Center in Stony Brook, New York. I purchased this bike 9 years ago as I  have a six(6) cylinder Benelli, and wanted to also have a four(4).

Paint and everything else is original on this bike except for normal maintenance items and tires. The four(4) Dellorto carbs were completely rebuilt over the past winter and a new battery was installed. With it's 5-speed transmission, 10.2:1 compression ratio and SOHC 9500rpm 4 cylinder engine, the Quattro was ahead of it's time, is very responsive and has a truly unique exhaust note.

Factory OEM Marzzochi suspension, Tommaselli electrical switches, front Brembo disc brake, Veglia instruments, Silentium/Busso Torino exhaust system, Bosch alternator and regulator, etc.

Included are the factory parts manual and original 56 page "rider's handbook"

This is a very rare machine.

EICMA 2008: First Impressions

Mon, 03 Nov 2008

I have had a little walk around checking out the preparations for the show. I haven’t seen anything that I haven’t already seen or heard about previously, but here’s a selection from three of the halls. Yamaha are the only manufacturer to use an industrial crane to place some of its bikes up on high rise stands.

Benelli introduced a new tourer

Tue, 06 Mar 2018

The bike is equipped with an in-line "two", but the power is unlikely to impress. Qianjiang, which owns the Benelli brand, has introduced a new 302 Tourer to the Chinese market with a nice design, but not the most advanced stuffing. The motorcycle has a 300cc engine from a naked BN302, but in a slightly derated format - it develops 34 hp and 27 Nm (naked has 37 “horses” and 26 Nm).

Benelli TNT125: Stylish, compact, economical

Wed, 06 Apr 2022

The Benelli TNT125 is a versatile "baby" modeled after the legendary TNT 1130. This small-capacity vehicle is the perfect beginner's study desk, great for commuting, amateur stunters and even delivery guys will appreciate the baby (unless, of course, the latter are not embarrassed by the price tag). The TNT125 is equipped with a 125cc air-cooled "single barrel" that develops a maximum power of 11 hp at 9500 rpm and Euro 5 compliant.
