Excellent condition, unrestored, 1967 BSA 441 Roadster Shooting Star. All original with exception to side decals and one tank decal replaced. 2544 actual miles. Stored in a basement for most of it's life. Comes with original front tire, manuals and tool pouch (not original) - as seen in the photo.
Clear Minnesota title. Previously titled in Michigan. Fiberglass fuel tank with NO soft spots and NO leaks. Internal oil lines professional cleaned. Matching engine and frame numbers. This is a very nice vintage / collector bike. Every bit as nice as a Triumph or Norton. Not a Rocket, but still cool! It does have a minor blemish in the bottom of the rear fender- see photo and normal minor wear, but overall excellent condition. Runs and drives great. It takes a strong leg to kick start it just out of storage, but once it's run, it usually starts in just 2-3 kicks. There is a video posted on Youtube of the bike running and kick starting, but eBay does not allow a link attached to this listing. Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

From the wire wheels, the minimal bodywork, and the exposed engines which give off a thunderous bark, I’ve always loved looking at old Triumphs, BSAs and the like from the 60s. I’ve never owned one though. The reason is simple: old British bikes are needy little maintenance machines notorious for the odd oil leak.
