1967 Triumph Other (1967)
The bike was purchased out of the collection of Mike Crone by Randy Baxter in 2012. Baxter Cycle sold it on to me in 2013. Pacific Blue and Alaskan White. It is a solid #2 Condition. Excellent driver. Borderline show. Tank and fender repaint was done with real pin-striping, not tape My guess is that the speedo was zeroed out, perhaps at restoration. All stock, proper parts.......horn, instruments, headlight lens, etc. Currently registered on Penna.2016-10-19 04:40:40Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States8508,750.00

1967 Triumph Mountain Cub (1967)
Engine was rebuilt about eight years ago but has never been started. .060 is visible on the piston. Engine turns over very smooth and quietly, has compression. Will need new side cover gaskets. Very minor surface rust on some of the clutch parts and intake valve, shouldn't effect its ability to run.2013-10-01 17:03:34Grants Pass, Oregon, US0560.00

What’s Old Is New Again – Video
Mon, 14 Oct 2013There’s something distinctly cool about old British motorcycles. From the wire wheels, the minimal bodywork, and the exposed engines which give off a thunderous bark, I’ve always loved looking at old Triumphs, BSAs and the like from the 60s. I’ve never owned one though. The reason is simple: old British bikes are needy little maintenance machines notorious for the odd oil leak.

The Fonz Never Really Rode a Motorcycle!
Tue, 02 Jun 2009According to the “King of Cool” himself, “The Fonz” (Henry Winkler) never actually rode any motorcycles during the ten year Happy Days television run. Winkler, never rode a bike in real life either, he has dyslexia, which made it difficult for him to co-ordinate the clutch, throttle and brake. Instead, the bikes (Harley Davidson’s, Triumph’s, BSA’s were used) were mounted on a piece of wood with wheels to make it look like he was riding, even though I am not shocked, I am a little disappointed… You can watch the interview with Winkler, the famous motorcycle jump “The Fonz” made over 14 trashcans and a bonus “Jump the Shark” video after the jump.
