2002 BMW R1150R purchased at Kearney Mesa BMW in 2014, new clutch, "good for another 100,000 miles" in their words Bike itself with heated grips, cruise control. windshield, twin cases, no road damage; 2015: M72D Sidecar added at DMC Sidecars, Enumclaw WA: Sidecar with brake, power outlet, tonneau, windshield, twin headlights, front and rear luggage racks, locked trunk; Bike: yellow; Sidecar: gloss black; Both in primo condition, no damage; Superior power, twice that of a Ural, with better, more high quality construction. Less than 150 miles total on each since bike purchase and sidecar addition. Bike bought for $5,100; Sidecar installed $10,500. Together,both for sale for no less than $7,500; will dialogue on separation of both, although they are superiorly joined by DMC factory installation. The Diavel rocks!

Not being a huge Ducati fan, when I was thrown the keys of this monster at Silverstone on Tuesday I was expecting an ill handling, weighty beast that would run out of revs and scare me to death. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong as I had an absolute blast.

Fri, 27 Apr 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has officially announced the recall for the 2012 BMW S1000RR, providing more information about the problem. According to documents released by NHTSA, the bolts on the connecting rods in the BMW S1000RR may come loose because of an anti-corrosive agent applied to the bolts. The anti-corrosive agent may effect the bolt torque, potentially leading them to come loose, particularly at high temperatures or rpms.
