CRANK TURNS FREELY. 1 VALVE COVER AND 1 INTAKE TUBE WERE LOST IN MOVING, AND YOU WILL NEED SOME NUTS AND BOLTS AND OTHER PARTS, BUT THE MAIN COMPONETS ARE THERE. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND ASK QUESTIONS. I CAN ANSWER QUESTIONS AND TAKE OFFERS AT 2039298797. THE LOOSE PARTS WILL BE BOXED UP FOR SHIPPING. EVERYTHING PICTURED IS WHAT GOES WITH THE BIKE.
