BMW R-Series description

This a very nice bike that was ridden by an older rider and has never been off-road. It has always been serviced at the dealer at the required service intervals and currently only has a few hundred miles since the last service was completed. I had both tires replaced and a new battery installed during the last service as well. It has always been stored inside since it was purchased and it still looks like a new bike. I do not have any of the bags for this bike so what you see is all that Is included in the sale other than a battery tender that goes with the bike.

New naked BMW spotted on track days

Sat, 03 Sep 2016

The future generation of the "1-liter" naked BMW S1000R was spotted during the development tests on the territory of the German racing "ring" Oschersleben. Apparently, the Bavarian streetfighter will receive a number of technical solutions that his older brother, the BMW S1000RR, was endowed with a couple of years ago. Just as the current generation of the SR was created on the base of the previous SR-era, the 2017 modification will actually become a stripped version of today's sportbike.

Intermot 2012: 2013 BMW R1200GS Breaks Cover

Tue, 02 Oct 2012

BMW pulled the covers off the latest iteration of its popular R1200GS, revealing a number of updates including a new boxer engine at the 2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany. The German manufacturer has sold 170,000 units of the R1200GS since it was introduced in 2004, making it the world’s top-selling adventure-tourer, so BMW obviously has a lot riding on the new 2013 model. The biggest change for the 2013 BMW R1200GS is its new 1170cc engine.
