1983 BMW R100 (1983)
This motorcycle needs to used. I have owned it 1988. It came from “Cue” at House of Triumph in Elmsford NY with 68,000 miles on the clock.. It has always been my second bike, lightly used and garaged. Weekend rides have added about 6000 miles. It now shows just over 74,000 miles. In the fall of 2011 it underwent substantial mechanical restoration at Max BMW (Brookfield Ct) which included rebuilding carburetors, draining and cleaning fuel tank, new brake pads and rotors at the front and new brake shoes at the rear, new center stand, air filters, new throttle and choke cables, new horns, new fluids (fork, brakes, new top-end seals.
