BMW R-Series description

I am selling this beautiful 2004 BMW R1150RT for a friend. He recently rode the motorcycle from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Northern California to do some riding with me. He now wishes to sell the motorcycle. The mileage is as shown in the photo. The motorcycle has been professionally maintained and has had a recent, dealer performed, oil change (by Diablo BMW in Walnut Creek, CA). The previous owner installed additional accessory outlets at dashboard (perfect for powering up both a radar detector and GPS), PIA driving lights, added a custom seat and the Givi top case. Please note that the locking tab on the right saddle bag is broken.

The motorcycle runs and rides like new and has many miles and memories left in it. Great for commuting and/or long touring.

Nor the most touching or even poignant. But how I interpret the meaning was the most encouraging.
