YOU WILL NEED TO SOURCE THE LAMP PORTION OF THE HEADLITE AS WELL AS THE TURN SIGNALS. **** STARTER HAD BEEN REPLACED WHEN WE PICKED IT UP BUT,, EITHER THE RELAY NEEDS REPLACED OR YOU WILL NEED TO LOOK INTO THE STARTER BUTTON SWITCH AT HANDLE BAR. I HAVE ACTIVATED STARTER AT THE RELAY TERMINAL TO SUCCESSFULLY START BIKE.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, CLUTCH DIS-ENGAGES, GEARBOX SEQUENCES AS DESIGNED. Fri, 08 Jul 2011An hour and a half in my shed was all it took to bolt two boxes of goodies from R&G Racing on to my S1000RR. The casing covers (£190.00), cotton reels (£25.49 ), frame inserts(£21.00) and crash protectors (£67.99)are a doddle to bolt on and come with all the necessary allen bolts. The multi adjustable rearsets (£350.00) are equally as easy to fit (they must be if I can do it) and also come with clear instructions.

Mon, 24 Oct 2022Let's Boxer In 1973, I was beginning to look at the streetbike magazines as well as the dirtbike ones on the magazine rack at Lyons Drug; there must’ve been 20 or 30 of them, and plenty of time to browse as there was no www, and very little hope of obtaining any motorcycle at all anytime soon. The 1973 BMW R90S was a chunk of pure unobtanium, from a planet far, far away, that knocked my striped tube socks completely off. Ian Falloon wrote an entire 128-page book about it.
2007-2008 BMW K1200R, K1200S Recalled for Foaming Brake Fluid
Tue, 16 Oct 2012BMW is issuing a recall on the 2007-2008 K1200S, K1200R and K1200R Sport models due to a problem with the front brake hydraulics. In long rides at high rpms, engine vibrations may cause the full front brake fluid to foam. This would occur at a very narrow rev range and only when the brake fluid reservoir is filled to maximum.
