1974 BMW R90S with non matching engine block (original matching bare block was subsequently found and comes with the bike). This is the 239th R90S ever built, making it a very early example. It still retains it's original wheels and solid front brake disks which are correct for this model year. Original and rebuilt Dellorto carburetors. Also has the early style switches, vastly better than the 1975 and 1976 style. Before the re-paint, the tank was internally cleaned and sealed with Caswell 2-part epoxy; ethanol-proof. Frame is straight, no damage.

Although this is a very custom R90S, nothing irreversible was done. So if you want to bring it back to it's factory stock configuration, it's easily do-able. Mon, 14 Apr 2014Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes put on a clinic this weekend, leading every lap in both races to claim a pair of wins at Spain’s Motorland Aragon circuit. Sykes’ Kawasaki teammate Loris Baz was right there with him, recording a pair of second-place podiums to give Team Green a pair of one-two finishes. Sykes and Baz were also one-two in the Superpole qualifying on this nearly flawless weekend for the Kawasaki factory team.

Along her tour, Rich will meet with breast cancer survivors and interview them for her upcoming book, “Live Full Throttle: What You Can Learn About Life From Women Who’ve Faced Cancer”. This will be Rich’s second tour across the country.
Jeremy Burgess Out and Silvano Galbusera In as Valentino Rossi’s Crew Chief
Mon, 11 Nov 2013Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.
