BMW R-Series description

1972(built in 1971) BMW R75/5 Motorcycle

Over $10,000 invested!

I have owned this bike since 2012. From 2003-2004 it underwent a complete

frame-off restoration and rebuild. The bike is supremely road worthy and has done

several tours including the 1,200 mile Lake Michigan Circle Tour. It is in excellent

mechanical condition, but it is a road bike meant for riding. It starts on the 2nd turn

over, and only needs light choking when cold. The sale includes Krauser saddle bags

with soft case inserts and associated mounting brackets.

Mileage since rebuild: 6,400+/-

Clear Colorado Title in hand

Post rebuilt insurance appraisal of $8,000 with paperwork

New parts and components installed during the rebuild include:

Frame stripped and powder coated

New wiring harness

New seat cover
