BMW R-Series description

This is a 1970 BMW R50/5 Motorcycle  with 16,030 original miles.  This bike is complete and fully functional.  Everything is in working order, The original seat has been replaced with a Corbin Leather Saddle.  The original type battery has been replaced/upgraded to a new Westco Sealed Gel Battery.  The bike is absolutely original and  complete with the exception of the two above mentioned items.   Please note that the bike has been recently  serviced, all the fluids have been changed.   Also included are the original BMW Owner's Manual, Original BMW 1970's Worldwide Dealer Listing, BMW Shop Towel, Original BMW Tool Kit, Original BMW Mirror, 4 Oil Filter Change kits, extra Headlight bulb, Extra Air Filter, package of final drive crush washers, Chilton's Service manual and new shifter rubber

BMW has released an exclusive anniversary edition of its road-going superbike, the M 1000 RR, to celebrate nearly a century of motorcycle production, but more specifically, to celebrate 50 years of BMW M vehicles. The most striking and distinctive feature of the 50th-anniversary edition M 1000 RR is the color – Sao Paulo Yellow.
