Please see the High Resolution Photographs for condition and all associated documentation/paper-work. This motorcycle should be restored and built using the R69S matching frame and engine and title. It will require a total restoration. The gold bike is a 1967 factory original paint R50/2 with matching numbers. In the photos, the extra included parts are a from a 1969 R69S, also with matching numbers. It's a 47+ year old vintage bike, unrestored. If you have the funds available for purchase, and would like questions answered I will return phone calls to U.S. numbers. Please be a serious buyer if calling. Öhlins Introduces Electronically Adjustable Suspension System Replacement for BMW R1200GS ESA
Thu, 11 Aug 2011Öhlins has introduced what it is calling the world’s first replacement electronic suspension system, with a new aftermarket replacement kit for the BMW R1200GS’s Enduro ESA system. Like BMW‘s ESA and ESA II technology, Öhlins’ system lets riders adapt a motorcycle’s suspension with the push of a button. Öhlins’ system works with the R1200GS’s ECU and the existing user interface.
